The story centers around Kato, the owner of a small café in Kyoto, Japan, whose life takes a surreal turn when he discovers a mysterious phenomenon: the TV monitor in his café suddenly starts showing footage from two minutes in the future. Shocked and bewildered, Kato and his friends embark on a comical journey to unravel the secrets behind this inexplicable event.
